I recently read about stylist Atlanta Bartlett and designer, David Coote who set up a locations agency called The Beach Studios and Locations 10 years ago (primarily aimed at the photographic and film industry).  
They have now got a fantastic selection of spaces for hire….here is a very nice one called The Camber Sands Cabin.
